Delivery Information

Your item will be carefully packed and dispatched in a timely manner. Your order will normally be posted the next business day after confirmation and verification of your payment information. Orders are not processed for shipment on weekends and holidays. Unless indicated otherwise, all deliveries are made by Canada Post and untracked. We offer the option of tracked postage which will be shown at the point of checkout (see table below).  Any deviation from this must be agreed with us prior to shipping.

PrivateEyePi will use reasonable endeavours to meet delivery estimates but cannot accept any liability whatsoever for failure to do so however arising. Please review the shipping options below which will be presented to you while processing youe order, or via the estimate shipping feature.

PrivateEyePi will not be held responsible for lost shipments that are not insured (see insured options below). 

PrivateEyePi is not responsible for the shipping estimates provided below from Canada Post. These estimates are a rough guide but there is no service level commitment tied to it.

In the unlikely case that your shipment has not arrived in 6 weeks, and providing the shipment was insured, we will provide the option of a refund or re-shipment. 

Please inspect the products as soon as reasonably practicable after delivery and contact us within 7 working days of any defect in the products or of any other complaint which the Customer may wish to make about PrivateEyePi’s service.
